Job Descriptions:
- To be responsible for the daily sales support and operations functions including but not limited to orders processing, generating invoices and delivery notes, stock inventories, stock movements, custom clearance and all administrative support as well as routine office related functions.
- To assist in driving improvements and promote growth to meet the Company’s objectives.
- To handle all internal and external customers’ queries and requests such as stock availability and costing.
- To process all orders received from various Sales divisions.
- To generate invoices and delivery notes with high level of accuracy.
- To liaise with warehouse on delivery requests.
- To investigate invoice claims and prepare credit notes as and when applicable.
- To manage any sales returns / repairs and issue credit notes as and when necessary.
- To be responsible for custom clearance of all exports / imports.
- To ensure accuracy of deliveries and the traceability of the deliveries.
- To assist in perpetual inventory checks and to investigate any document discrepancies.
- To inform Division Manager of any discrepancies observed in style and culture.
- To ensure all stock movements are updated in ERP system.
- To ensure compliance to the rules and regulations of all order processing.
- To liaise with Division Manager and key suppliers in planning strategies and to adapt to changes of any policies / procedures.
- To be responsible for preparing monthly / quarterly / yearly report(s).
- To assist to drive improvements in the orders processing process.
- To perform any other work as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
- Preferably 2 years’ relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
- Possess computer skills and familiar with MS Office applications.
- Must be methodical, logical and organised.
- Resourceful, good at comparison and negotiation skills.
- Possess a sense of urgency in delivering work in a timely and efficient manner.
Job Descriptions:
- To manage the product lines in terms of achieving the sales target, securing new business as well as monitoring the results on a monthly basis against the projected sales figures.
- To manage all sales and marketing activities of agency lines assigned independently.
- To entertain potential and regular customers to secure business and maintain rapport.
- To analyse market potential and to develop plans for products introduction.
- To formulate & implement relevant marketing strategies so that our products & services are always competitive in the market.
- To co-ordinate with relevant supporting divisions on all pertinent and special arrangements.
- To coordinate with Operations Division to ensure sufficient stocks for the assigned agency lines.
- To attend meeting with Management to update on the operational matters such as sales performance, new projects and etc.
- To follow up on payment and update Management on any debts matter.
- To work closely with Marketing Division in handling/executing newsletters, roadshows, exhibitions and etc.
- To actively participate in the division’s strategic planning activities in relation to the overall company direction.
- To establish pricing strategies and guidelines for assigned product lines.
- To provide training to customer when needed.
- To provide product training and/or to share product information to colleagues especially those newly hired.
- To perform any other work as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or any related discipline.
- Preferably 3 years’ relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Pleasant personality, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Possess good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Able to prepare sales report.
- Able to handle marketing campaigns, event management and sales administration.
- Good track record of achieving sales target.
